  Welcome to the 2010 Oklahoma State Fair!
   
   
Entry fee payment is required during the checkout process.  If you prefer to pay by check, please download entry forms from our Web site (here) and mail your entries on or before August 16, 2010.
   
  WARNING:  This system will be off-line each Monday from 7:45 AM - 8:00 AM CST for scheduled maintenance.  Please save your cart and exit the system prior to 7:45 AM, or risk losing any unsaved entries.
   

Tips –

    •  New Exhibitors:  If you close your browser window, or click
       'Login/Logoff' before saving your cart or checking out, all of your
       entries will be lost and you will have to set yourself up as a new
       exhibitor again.
    •  To prevent data loss, click "Save Cart" often.
    •  You may 'Check Out' as often as you'd like.  You do not have to enter all
       of your entries and check out in one process.
   

Quick Start (for individual exhibitors): See link below for detailed instructions

Login –
    •  Click 'Login/Logoff' in the Navigation pane.   
    •  Choose type 'Exhibitor'.
    •  Choose 'I am a new exhibitor' if you have not registered for a
        competitive event at any time in the past 3 years (online or by mail).
    •  Choose 'I am already registered' if you have a username and password.  
    •  The last 4 digits of your social security number is your password unless
        you created your own.
    •  After entering or verifying your Exhibitor Information, click 'Continue'.     
   
Create Entries –
    •  After logging in, click 'Create Entries'.
    •  Select a Department (or ‘All Departments’).
    •  Select a Division.
    •  Select the 'Class' if available.   
    •  Complete other fields as necessary.
    •  Click 'Add Entry to Cart'.
    •  To add another entry in the same division, click 'Add similar Entry'.
    •  To add an entry in another division, click 'Add different Entry'   
    •  When you are finished, click 'Continue'.
    •  Enter the quantity of any 'Additional Items' that you need.  Non-Fee
        Items are at the bottom of the list.  
    •  Click 'Continue'.
    •  Follow prompts to complete the 'Check Out' process.
    •  Print receipt for your records.
